This website is operated by JVM Group LLC under the AVENLO brand. By accessing shopavenlo.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our posted store policies.

Products and orders

AVENLO sells new clothing, footwear, and accessories. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and size information before ordering.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, product unavailability, pricing errors, inaccurate information, or unlawful activity.

All prices are displayed in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Payments

Payment information is processed through Shopify and its authorized payment providers. AVENLO does not directly store complete card information.

The billing descriptor associated with purchases may appear as AVENLO or a substantially similar identifier on the customer’s statement.

Accuracy and availability

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product information, pricing, availability, and delivery estimates. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders. If a paid order is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, copy store content for commercial use, submit fraudulent orders, or use AVENLO intellectual property without permission.

Intellectual property

The AVENLO name, website content, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to JVM Group LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JVM Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, customers are encouraged to contact support@shopavenlo.com so the parties can attempt to resolve the issue informally.
